Ilyas, the former business manager of Mindshare has joined Aaj
Entertainment as Associate Director Marketing & Sales. Ovais has
stepped the corporate ladder gradually in the field of media and
communications and is known to possess deep understanding of Pakistani
media marketing landscape.
A graduate of MAJU, he began his career with group M, a global media investment company as a billing officer in 2005. He moved to Zenith Optimedia group in 2006 as a media executive to promote Colgate Palmolive olive. After five years, he left Zenith as the senior media planner and switched to China Mobile in 2012 but within a year joined liver brother's Mindshare again. He swiftly stepped up in Mindshare and achieved the position of business manager in September 2015. Now he is joining the aaj news as Associate director.
